| Role Summary/Purpose: | |
| Essential Responsibilities: | 1. To be a competent electrical engineer to perform commissioning at Customer sites. 2. To comply with GE documentation and Quality systems 3. To produce as-commissioned documentation or service reports in accordance with GE and customer’s requirements. 4. To meet commissioning/service cycle times, costs targets & customer requirements. 5. To produce and implement Risk Assessments and Safe Work Method Statements 6. To provide appropriate information, instruction, training and supervision to all relevant key stake holders to enable compliance with Work Health and Safety legislation |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | 1. Degree in Electrical Engineering, or Diploma with relevant work experience. 2. Prior practical commissioning or services background on drive, automation system and transformer for solar industry is preferred 3. PC competent and familiar with standard Microsoft Office applications 4. Some knowledge of programming techniques and languages 5. Extensive amount of travelling and at times with short notice |
